Telecommunication operator, AirtelTigo has once again launched an innovative product, Fuse bundle as part of its efforts to improve customer satisfaction.
The bundle offers customers varied price point options, starting at GHC2 for 40 minutes call to all networks and 40MB data, GHC5 for 100 minutes with 100MB data and GHC10 for 250minutes plus 250MB data.
The Fuse bundle, being the first of its kind in the telecommunication industry provides customers with a non-expiring call internet bundle and airtime to all networks.
According to Chief Operating Officer at AirtelTigo, Murthy Chaganti the Fuse bundle is a means of enhancing existing product service, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. He said the Fuse bundle presents no pressure on customers to consume their airtime or bundle within a specific time frame.
“Fuse bundle is an amalgamation of voice and data…we talked to a lot of customers and took feedback as well…it reiterates our commitment to offer our customers value for money.” He said.
To them, one of the biggest consumer needs has been met.
Speaking at the official launch, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, the Marketing Operations Director, Pius Tuffour explained the mechanics of subscribing to the Fuse bundle and encouraged customers to dial *567# to enjoy the benefits of the new product.
He expressed optimism about the performance of the product in the future and the company’s efforts in continually enhancing customer satisfaction.
“Now the voice bundle plus the data bundle doesn’t expire and we’ve merged this into one that is what we call the Fuse bundle. We will keep delivering on our brand promise of making life simple and continue to develop products that solve the needs of today’s telecom subscriber.” He noted.
